Anthony has over 25 years of experience in the natural resources sector, having served as an Executive Chairman or CEO to three London Stock Exchange AIM-listed oil & gas companies. Prior to that, he worked as a General Counsel/Head of Commercial for various energy companies, with a mix of work at large multinationals and smaller independent companies. During his career he has led and advised on a wide variety of complex deals and negotiations with IOCs, large and small independents and regulators across Africa, Europe, South America and the Middle East. Anthony holds a B.A. from the University of Western Australia and a Law degree from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. He is a member of the AIPN and previously sat on the legal committee of Oil & Gas UK.

John has over 35 years’ international experience, most recently as a senior executive leader and Board member in the public and private energy sector. He has a strong track record in delivering successful commercial and technical outcomes in a diverse set of majors, independent energy operators, and start-up energy technology companies. Instrumental in creating four public and eleven private energy companies on four continents, John is a Co-Founder and Board Director of ZeroGeo Energy. He holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geophysics with Geology, and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geology.

Victoria is a qualified accountant who specialises in financial services. Victoria brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from her extensive career in the financial services sector, where she has worked with clients in a diverse range of industries operating in multiple jurisdictions. She has extensive experience in management, administration, financial accounting and reporting and auditing functions. Victoria holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Technical University of Moldova, a B.A in Construction Engineering, Real Estate Management and Valuation and is a member of ACCA.

Erin is the Head of Family Office, COO and the founding team-member of alfa8. Based in London, UK, she has experience in investment banking and management consulting and has held executive-level positions in public and private companies, including venture-backed technology startups and venture capital.

Vittorio is the Chief of Staff and Head of Ventures at alfa8. Based in London, UK, before joining alfa8, he has spent some time in Macquarie Capital's Infrastructure M&A team and at Gorillas Technologies to help build their Corporate Development and M&A team. Over the years, he also advised a couple of companies such as Booksy and Urban Sports Club on buy-side M&A opportunities and strategic projects.
